I couldn't wait to have a blog because I've always loved to journal and scrapbook and this is a great way to do both! I've decided this blog is going to be a mixture of everything that is going on in my life and everything I love about life. So, I thought I'd start by telling you a little about me, what's new in my life and a few things I can't live without.

Last year, I started my own photography business, something I have dreamed of my entire life. Now that my kids are older, I have more time to rediscover a lot of the things that I used to love to do. Photography is one of those things. There is so much to learn and discover. Every day has new opportunites and new exciting challenges. I look forward to waking up and seeing what the day will hold and who I will get to meet. I feel truly blessed to get to do what I'm passionate about and am so grateful for all the people who I have already met along the way!

Besides my faith, my family and my friends, these are a few of the things I LOVE and would hate to live without. They are just "things" but they sure make life fun!
It feels like I'm starting my life over in a way. I hope you will follow along as I begin this new journey, rediscover some old passions and learn some brand new things along the way!
